Maintainers may edit or remove contributions and temporarily or permanently restrict participation when behavior threatens safety, collaboration, or the project's evidence standards. Enforcement decisions should be proportionate, documented privately where appropriate, and free of retaliation.
Report conduct concerns through the private channel described in SECURITY.md, without placing sensitive details in a public Issue.
