Apply changes to exterior/interior girders button is non-functional in Member Properties

Description

The Apply changes button provided in the Member Properties → Girder Details tab does not perform any action after modifying girder properties. The changes are not propagated to the corresponding girders even after clicking the button.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Additional Inputs.
2. Navigate to Member Properties → Girder Details.
3. Select a girder and modify one or more section properties.
4. Click Apply changes to exterior girders (or Apply changes to interior girders).
5. Observe the properties of the target girders.

Expected Behavior
The modified properties should be copied to all applicable exterior/interior girders.

Actual Behavior
Clicking the Apply changes button does not produce any visible effect.
