A working list of issues and improvements for the new CIS notebook before it's release.

Global

• admin selections on maps Visualization of admin selections on maps #14
• Global admin selector Global admin selector. #15
• Tooltips Tooltips need to be from Observable plot ({tip: true}) rather than HTML title elements for consistency #16

[1.3] How reliable are weather predictions?

• Dodged bars figure Figure needs to be made much less tall #17 & Facet by admin region to remove excess text from axis #18

[2] Where does CIS readiness intersect with climate risk?

• Minimum CIS readiness slider should grey-out regions on the map, rather than making them disappear.

• Bivariate map Bivariate map legend needs cleaned up and put into a correct place. Currently on initial page load it appears randomly on the side. Also the bulls-eye on it should be removed. #19

• Scatterplot should be faceted in a grid. see example: https://observablehq.com/d/82f7495941e9456e
• Cis map When a country, or multiple countries is selected, it needs to show all admin 1 data for those selected countries #20 (related: Visualization of admin selections on maps #14)
• Legend not totally accurate for the dumbell chart (combined access shows as a triangle)
