board/platform specific packages

Few notes that need to be addressed.

1. Not all leo packages will work for all board/platform types. Arduino handles this through some config properties in the package config. pinoccio lwm module.
2. Boards/platforms need specific libraries usually dealing with hardware. eg SPI/Wire
