Broken command

Command cmd+a cmd+c breaks default behavior of cmd+a in vscode.

+ I'm using this combination to copy the whole content of a file :)

I've just found out 😄. I must replace it with a different shortcut. @jancama2 Do you have any ideas?

I removed it in 0.2.6 until we think up a shortcut.
