YAML Template view

When ArmTemplate/JsonFile is large mayby it will be good to add new view, which allow to view template in YAML format.

We can use json2yaml or something similar.

It's only proposition for version 2 or 3 :-)

We can introduce a switch and an additional sidebar visible for the Editor view, in which we provide such functionality. Does this library allow me to go JSON->YAML and vice versa? I can assume, that once somebody uses YAML and introduce changes, we'll have to somehow update JSON also.
