What is wrong or missing?

The readme doc/introductory document should mention that the GUI instance uses output from Adapt ran on the terminal at least once. Essentially, without any output files, the GUI will be blank. This needs to be mentioned along with basics on various workflows associated with different OS/jupyterhub.

For ARM users, the jupyterhub cannot run the GUI. But the output files can be downloaded to create an instance of the GUI separately, and so on...

@sgupta92 This is partly resolved in development branch. Not fully tested and so it's not in the release. I will keep it open until documentation is updated.
