When using Nilesoft Shell, you need to add explorer.exe to the blacklist to avoid problems with the context menu in Explorer and on the desktop. But the tooltips work fine because Nilesoft Shell does not affect them. If you add explorer.exe to the blacklist, then the tips also stop being processed by TranslucentFlyouts in Explorer and on the desktop and they remain standard and ugly. It would be nice to add a separate blacklist for tooltips so that everything is fine.
