fix: use non-.linux BC DevTools NuGet package (missing CodeAnalysis DLLs) (#19)

The microsoft.dynamics.businesscentral.development.tools.linux package
stopped shipping Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.CodeAnalysis(.Workspaces).dll for
v18.0.40.43394-beta, only including the Cop analyzer DLLs. This broke the
'Replace BC DevTools DLLs in test build' step with a cryptic
'cp: cannot stat' error.

Switch to the sibling microsoft.dynamics.businesscentral.development.tools
package (no .linux suffix), which consistently ships the CodeAnalysis DLLs
under tools/net8.0/any/ and tools/net10.0/any/ across versions -- verified
against both the broken beta and an older stable version. Both packages
publish identical version lists, so no other script changes are needed.
