Update docs to showcase dsagt capabilities

Add YAML frontmatter to:

• Skills: Add YAML frontmatter to use_cases/genesis_skills/README.md to connect to docs. This should document using Genesis skills. isaac_vasp and isaac_skills_demo already demo custom skills
• Observability: be more specific about how to send MLFlow traces to AmSC. Also add documentation on how to get those traces back.
• Provenance: tokamak_stability demo shows how to use MLFlow traces to create reproducible script
• Memory: add example use to tokamak_stability demo
• Knowledge Base: cryoem use case demonstrates this.
• Add links from capabilities to use cases that demonstrate concrete uses of each feature
