FileGuard — Project TODO

  • Create the public FileGuard repository and establish the local project structure.
  • Define the safe local analysis model, supported file classes, indicator taxonomy, and bilingual report schema.
  • Implement non-executing file identification, SHA-256 calculation, filename-obfuscation checks, archive inventory, and static indicator extraction.
  • Implement deterministic risk scoring with explainable evidence and no automatic cloud submission.
  • Create Arabic and English report generation in Markdown, JSON, and self-contained HTML.
  • Build a bilingual desktop interface with drag-and-drop, accessible keyboard navigation, and local-only processing notices.
  • Add fixture-based unit tests that never contain executable malware or live malicious payloads.
  • Add professional documentation, responsible-use policy, privacy model, and contributor guidance.
  • Add GitHub Actions quality checks and a Windows release workflow.
  • Publish the verified repository, create the first release assets where supported, and update the 9gkc profile repository.
  • Capture reproducible screenshots from the real FileGuard interface in English and Arabic.
  • Add the verified screenshots, concise product positioning, and clear download links to the repository README.
  • Review the public GitHub presentation, publish the visual documentation update, and verify its rendering.
