test: add Windows compatibility coverage #1

Description

@777lotto

Goal

Determine and document the plugin's Windows compatibility instead of leaving it indefinitely untested.

Work

  • add a Windows Actions smoke job with supported Neovim and Git releases
  • run the isolated Git fixture test on Windows paths
  • verify repository-root detection, worktree paths, and command argument handling
  • fix portable path assumptions without introducing shell-string execution
  • update the README support matrix with the result

Acceptance criteria

  • Windows CI provides a repeatable compatibility signal
  • path handling remains safe and dependency-free
  • the documented support status matches the test result
