Regenerate lockfile to restore esbuild 0.28.1

The previous lockfile was missing the esbuild@0.28.1 entry and
its platform-specific optional dependencies that were dropped earlier.
Node 22's npm ci rejected the incomplete lockfile with EUSAGE
( Missing: esbuild@0.28.1 from lock file ).

Regenerated package-lock.json locally with Node 22, restoring matching
output. Verified with npm ci --ignore-scripts and npm test (30 pass).
