Add "Segment Time" column type & Comparsion for "Best Segments"

I like that currently this is the fastest Timer for speedrunning.
I already made somewhat working Lua script for my game, but the lack of these two features really is unfortunate 😞
I myself lack any Programming skills, so all I can do is open this issue, as there's no similar one currently being Open.

Hi! Are you talking about "Classic" view option, or all view options in general?

Yeah I forgot to mention, I'm using Classic view option, since it's very familiar to LiveSplit

A little update since I'm finally getting back to this!
I don't think that "best segments" is even saved anywhere at this point. I had an idea of "Run Vaults" to save all runs (not just the best one), so I guess I'll need to implement a "SoB Run" as well.
