I. Important Notices
1. This software protects data using a specified encryption key.
2. If the set encryption key is lost or forgotten, the encrypted data will be permanently damaged and unrecoverable.
3. Before encrypting any important files or folders, please make a backup copy of the original data to another secure storage device.
4. While the program is executing encryption or decryption, do not force close the program, disconnect the power supply, remove storage devices, or shut down the computer. Doing so may result in incomplete file writing and cause irreversible damage.

II. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability
1. This software is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis, whether free or paid. The development team/developer makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
2. Data Loss Risks & Limitation of Liability:
   The development team/developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this software (including, but not limited to, data loss, file corruption, business interruption, loss of passwords, or financial losses).
3. You acknowledge and agree that any risks associated with performing file encryption, decryption, and deletion operations using this software are solely assumed by you.

III. Terms of Use
1. This software is strictly intended for lawful purposes only (such as personal privacy protection and trade secret defense).
2. It is strictly prohibited to use this software for any illegal purposes, malware attacks, or unauthorized locking of others' computers and data. In the event of any violation, the user shall bear all derived legal liabilities, and the development team/developer assumes no responsibility whatsoever.
