Front-End - Redirect a guest to the Register page on click of "pay with card"

As a guest, I would like to be redirected to the register page when completing my order.

Implementation:

• as a guest user, on click on "pay with card" implement a redirect to Register
• Once the user is registered, check if the cart still contains the products selected.
