Implemented the documented Celeris configuration update in #782.

The branch now reports a 131,072-token combined context window, removes the obsolete 1,024-token completion override, and adds focused regression coverage. Both modified provider packages pass their full test suites. The values were confirmed against https://docs.celeris.ai/api-reference.
