As @mkhandekar works on #711, I will start by testing basic information architecture questions. Can users find...

• tasks and notifications sections (highest priority)
• per-application permissions (secondary priority)

after they have signed into the proposed account management site?

I'll likely be using Treejack, a widely used service for testing site navigation. Preview the study here.
