Spike - External Considerations

• MongoDB test database
  For testing and a staging environment we're going to want to test against a MongoDB database:

  • There's a consideration to instruct contributors to set it up on their computer via docker, or require them to use their own MongoDB

• Cloudinary (or some kind of bucket)
  Fairly quickly we're going to want a bucket to store images. Again I think it would be best for 100Devs to own the staging environment
